BM Fresh Pty Ltd is the export division of Tripod Farmers which is a family owned Company and has been operating for 13 years. The Company has four Directors who provide individual attention to all stages of production from ground preparation, planting, hand weeding, hand harvesting and packing, and are hands on in all of these areas. We are available at all times to handle any enquiries and can be contacted via landline, mobile phone, email, facsimile and surface mail. These measures enable 24 hour contact for sales and after sales service.

We are located in a good strategic position and are only 40 minutes from Tullamarine Airport, Melbourne. This is paramount for the exportation of a good quality product.

Since 1990 our company emerged with expectations to meet customers' requirements. We aim to achieve this with our past experience and our eagerness to obtain greater knowledge for the future.

Our Company has a long standing reputation for quality products with an extreme focus on quality. Individual attention is applied to all stages of production from ground preparation, planting, hand weeding, through to hand harvesting and packaging. Storage in our coolroom is immediate and for the shortest term possible, adding to a longer shelf life for the consumer. Our salad mix is, once again, hand picked and immediately washed in our own washing facility and prepared for market in a way which is both pleasing to the eye and palate.

• Our automated irrigation system monitors the water pressure from the dams located on our properties and is utilised for recycling of waste water.
  
  
• Our coolroom facility is state of the art, thermostatically controlled with back up facilities. The facility is of high humidity, thus enabling the correct moisture content for our product.
  
  
• Transportation of produce is by our own refrigerated trucks which enables delivery of fresh produce.

Apart from our own environmentally friendly practices, we are active in the new Enviroveg Program which outlines the principles and practices that should be followed to reduce environmental impacts associated with vegetable production.

BM Fresh Pty Ltd has a dedicated sales team who have a vast experience in all areas of the market. Currently our operations are widely diversified and incorporate the Melbourne Markets, retailers, processors and interstate and export markets. In order to further expand our export activities our research has identified specific target areas and approaches are currently being made in these areas.

Our Company has made initial enquiries with a view to progression by way of expansion. Current indications predict a further improvement in product supply can be gained by consideration to growing locations in other areas of Australia.
